Training plans are designed to ensure results are optimised. You will also be provided with exercise demonstrations so you know you’re performing them correctly.

Check-ins allow me to ensure you’re progressing at a good rate and the opportunity for me to make any changes to your plan. They also keep you super accountable so that results are 10x.

Via a private group, I will be available for any questions/concerns during the 8 week period. I will also post content to help you excel in your journey.
