My passion and drive for fitness stemmed 15 years ago after representing one of the highest profile Italian Army Sport Club as an athlete, of which I was part of for eight years. This experience allowed me the opportunity to learn and work alongside seasoned coaches and physiotherapists.

My passion and commitment to fitness mean I enjoy training others at any level and endeavour to push them to their full potential with support and guidance.

Let me educate you on food choices and have the opportunity to choose what to eat for each meal making them sustainable. I don’t do set meal plans, my unique method of nutrition works for everyone.
